Simon Capanda - MNAEA MARLA - Proprietor

Simon has gained a wealth of experience having first come into estate agency with a firm now known as Hamptons International in 1988. He has been a member of the National Association of Estate Agents since 1991 and has always advocated the need for Estate Agents to be part of a professional organisation, which would give the public confidence that they are dealing with competent people in their chosen profession. In fact, he is also a member of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents). He is also proud to be a member of The Guild of Property Professionals, which is invitation only.


Clare Etherington - BA (Hons) English Literature - Branch Secretary

Clare is the ‘back bone’ of the office, providing support to the staff whilst greeting and making clients feel welcome. She is the main point of contact and prides herself in providing a friendly, but efficient service. A graduate of Kingston University she joined the team in 2004 and since then she has become an essential member of the team.


Chloe Snowsill- Guild Associate - Lettings/ Digital Marketing

Chloe initially started with us on a work experience program in 2014, and after that became a part time member and now is a full time member of staff. We are so impressed with her work ethic and telephone manner. Chloe is now a qualified Letting's & Sales Associate, and has also completed the Enhanced Training Scheme from the Guild Of Property Professionals. She is professional in dealing with both tenants and landlords and will be glad to help you with your property needs.


Annette Morrissey - Accounts

Annette joined our team in September 2017 as an administrator. Her role has developed massively over a very short period of time, as she is now our office accountant. We are so impressed with her work ethic and telephone manner. She has now become a vital part of our office.


Don Brolly - Lettings & Sales Negotiator

Don joined Homecare Estates in January 2014. His role entails arranging and accompanying viewings for both Sales and Rental enquiries, registering applicants and providing feedback to Sellers and Landlord's. He is responsible for call backs to registered applicants to encourage viewings on new properties when they come to the market. He also provides Sales Progression information to clients and Purchasers on agreed Sales. He would be glad to help you with any property enquiries.


Suzanne Hyman - Administrator

Suzanne is our newest member of staff since joining in May 2018. Her role entails providing administrative support on Saturday, as well as meet & greeting clients in a friendly & efficient manner.
